The International Conference on Spreading Depolarisations (iCSD2025) is an annual meeting presented by COSBID that brings together basic and clinical neuroscientists to report and discuss the latest findings in this very translational field, including this year some promising new clinical findings and clinical study designs. 

We are designing the Programme to be of particular interest to neurointensivists (Days 1-2, also 3-4) and to epileptologists (Days 1-4), and equally to their basic neuroscience colleagues.

Prof Peter Smielewski will be running an all day ICM+ course on Tuesday 9^th December in parallel with the main session that day. Early registration is advisable if you or a colleague are interested.

 This year the event is hosted by King’s College London and will take place between 8^th and 11^th December as a residential package in Windsor.
Since this includes accommodation and all meals as well as all talks, it represents better value than first appears.
