Lay summary – BPPV is a common cause of dizziness and can affect around half of people with moderate to severe traumatic brain injury. However, there is little evidence on the best way to assess or treat it in this group. This study looked at whether therapist-led assessment and treatment for BPPV after acute TBI is safe, practical and effective, and whether a larger trial would be feasible.
